If you arrive from Round1 or see the Starbucks behind our store, walk to the other side of Namba Walk — it has two parallel streets.

We operate normally even on rainy days! Tours run in light rain. If severe weather affects safety or transportation, Osaka JOINER will contact you directly with your options.

Guests can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
