Guests can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

Payment can be completed online at the time of booking through Bokun. You can also book and pay in person at the Osaka JOINER store in Namba Walk. Major credit cards are accepted.

You can book up to 30 minutes before the tour starts, subject to availability. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred guide and time slot, especially during peak season.

Yes. Solo travellers are welcome. Many guests join individually and may be paired with other travellers in a small-group setting.

Osaka JOINER tours are small-group tours with a maximum of 8 people, helping provide a more personal experience with the guide.

The meeting point is inside Namba Walk, next to the DOCOMO Shop and in front of Mother Garden (Pet Paradise).

If you arrive from Round1 or see Starbucks behind our store, walk to the parallel street on the other side of Namba Walk.

Most tours involve walking, so wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Bring water and a charged phone for photos.

Yes. Osaka JOINER is part of the Osaka Metro Group and follows safety standards for its tours. Guides monitor weather, crowd conditions, transportation, and guest well-being throughout the tour.

Hotel pickup is available for private tours. Osaka JOINER also offers pickup at the cruise terminal at Tempozan in Osaka. Please provide your pickup details when arranging the tour.
