Our store is inside Namba Walk, next to the DOCOMO Shop and in front of Mother Garden (Pet Paradise).

If you arrive from Round1 or see the Starbucks behind our store, walk to the other side of Namba Walk — it has two parallel streets.

Most tours involve walking, so wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Bring water and a charged phone for photos.

Osaka JOINER tours operate normally even on rainy days. Tours run in light rain. If severe weather affects safety or transportation, Osaka JOINER will contact you directly with your options.

Guests can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

Payment is completed online at the time of booking, or in person at our store in Namba Walk. Major credit cards are accepted.

Yes, solo travellers are very welcome. Many of our guests join individually and get paired with other travellers in a small group setting.

You can book up to 30 minutes before the tour starts. However, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred guide and time slot, especially during peak season.

Hotel pickup is available for private tours. We also offer pickup at the cruise terminal at Tempozan in Osaka. Please let us know your details when booking.
